River Guardians is a Group Worth Joining

Fans and supporters in Gold Beach Oregon welcome and appreciate Senator Wyden and Congresswoman Hoyle on July 29 for their work to protect the rivers of America’s Wild Rivers Coast.

“The Stillwater Sciences team has decades of experience working across a wide range of California watersheds, but there’s none quite like the Smith River, a crown jewel of the wild and scenic rivers. As an employee-owned company with a mission of applying science to watershed analysis and restoration, Stillwater is a proud supporter of Smith River Alliance and its thoughtful, ecologically informed stewardship of this special place.” – Dylan Caldwell, Engineering Geologist, Stillwater Sciences

River Guardians are important contributors to the work of saving and restoring the Smith River. A River Guardian is someone like you, who owns a business and is interested in giving gear, services, or money to Smith River Alliance programs through your business. Longtime supporters include Kokatat, Pierson Building Center, Stillwater Sciences, Crescent Ace Hardware, and Wildberries Marketplace. We have new River Guardians like RES, (Resource Environmental Solutions), a restoration company associated with Klamath dam removal and more. The program recognizes businesses, corporations, and organizations that support the advancement of our conservation efforts. River Guardians contribute services, materials, or funds valued at $500 or more per year.
