Join us at Tolowa Dunes for our next volunteer cleanup event – Nov 12

Join Smith River Alliance, California State Parks North Coast, Tolowa Dunes Stewards, community partners, and volunteers cleaning up Dead Lake and parts of Tolowa Dunes State Parks.
Please sign up before attending, this helps us determine how much snacks and cleanup supplies to bring. We are meeting at the parking lot next to the Dead Lake Boat Ramp off of Riverside St in Crescent City, CA. We will host a brief overview of the event, safety talk, group photo and handout supplies. This event is rain or shine. We are expecting no rain but we will still host the event in case of rain. Date: Saturday, November 12, 2022 Time: 10AM Snacks provided Meeting Location: Dead Lake Boat Ramp, Riverside St, Crescent City, CA 95531 What to bring:
  • Closed-toe shoes and long pants are required for safety reasons.
  • Please bring a water bottle as we want to reduce single-use plastics.
  • Preferred work gloves (We will have gloves if you do not have any).
